I personally think that Jirachi should be moved up to OU from BL. It has good, well rounded stats, and amazing typing. Serene Grace is ridiculous too. Lastly, it has a ginormous movepool, and is VERY hard to guess what the moveset will be before you see a move or 2, and by then it could be too late =/

lol off topic, but can't believe I missed out on the whole argument...
I think, for the record, the legendary clause, like all clauses, is just something you discuss with the person your battling with, so that should really not be raised here.

Disagree with Jirachi being put in OU... a large movepool and being unpredictable is just not that amazing a reason... Has the same allrounded stats as, say, (Don't want to revitalize this arguement Razz

) Shaymin, and is just has nothing phenominal about it that truly makes it OU or special.

To be honest, Jirachi really isn't all that unpredictable...When you're battling, there are two things to worry about. Serene Grace abuse, or the ever powerful Sub+CM Jirachi set which so few people seem to be prepared for. I'd say OU is really a great place for jirachi, as things like Magnezone do a great job at trapping it and hitting hard with beautifully powered STAB Tbolts. Tyranitar has to fear Iron Head, but against specially based offensive sets he can turn them into setup fodder thanks to that monster of a special defense he sports in sandstorm conditions. Suicune can turn physical sets into setup fodder thanks to his massive defense, and his resistance to rachi's primary STAB move. Heatran resists pretty much everything barring thunderpunch from Jirachi, and can hit back hard with a STAB Overheat. SubTran can do a great job against jirachi, by getting a free substitute. Metagross can handle most of her attacks, and hit hard with an earthquake. Zapdos has resistance to most of her moves, decent defenses, and access to decently powered TBolts and Heat Waves.

Jirachi is quite easily checked in OU, making it possibly the best tier for HIM.
