| Ok, for the past few days on shoddy i've been playing around with a new team, and so far it's done pretty well for itself. I'm really impressed by how it performs especially accounting for the 3 weak to ice as well as 3 weak to water. But I need suggestions for new pokemon for it, possibly another tank pokemon. The team doesn't rely on any true walls, more on tanks and bulky sweeper-like pokemon. Well without wasting more of your time, here it is... [center]~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~AT A GLANCE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~       ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  Gliscor @ Leftovers {Hyper cutter} Impish nature 216 Spe, 204 HP, 60 Atk Stealth Rock Taunt Earthquake U-Turn Gliscor is a really cool lead pokemon, and this set is just so fantastic I couldn't help but use it. U-Turn allows me to scout out the enemy and find out what's about to happen. Taunt lets me shut down slower leads, and keep pokemon like lucario from setting up. Stealth Rock works great with taunt, since taunt tends to force switches now and then. Earthquake is simply there for the excellent STAB. Mamoswine @ Choice Band {Snow Cloak} Jolly nature 252 Spe, 252 Atk, 6 HP Ice Shard SuperPower Earthquake Stone Edge Originally I had metagross in this place, but he just didn't seem to pull his own weight like everybody else did. CB mamoswine is a force to be reckoned with. STAB priority ice move, was a definite requirement on this team, due to salamence being a very troublesome pokemon. SuperPower rips holes in the likes of blissey. Earthquake is a powerful STAB move, that tears down strong walls and anything not resistant to it. Finally, Stone edge takes down the likes of gyarados, which also is a very troublesome pokemon for the team. Blaziken @ Petaya Berry {Blaze} Modest nature 252 Sp Atk, 28 HP, 228 Spe HP-Electric Flamethrower Substitute Agility This blaziken set nestled Oh so perfectly into the rest of the team, working in exactly the same way as empoleon. Substitute protects from status, and lets it setup an agility completely unhindered. Flamethrower is the primary mode of attack, benefiting from STAB. And after the petaya boost and blaze activated, it tears through a lot of pokemon. HP-Electric is to keep the likes of salamence and gyarados from walking all over this team. Absol @ Choice Scarf {Super Luck} Adamant nature 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 6 Def Night Slash SuperPower Psycho Cut Stone Edge Choice Scarfed absol is a really awesome pokemon. STAB night slash backed up by super luck and it's high crit hit ratio, means the opponent is gonna be bled dry by crits alone. SuperPower and Night Slash together get great coverage, but leaves me having to switch out often. Psycho Cut is useful for dealing with fighting types that wall the rest of the set like heracross and toxicroak. Stone Edge is a strong move, with yet another high crit hit ratio that tears down all the fliers that dare stand in my team way. Dragonite @ Choice Specs {Inner Focus} Rash nature 252 Sp Atk, 60 Atk, 196 Spe SuperPower Flamethrower Thunderbolt Draco Meteor Specsnite just fit oh so well into the rest of the team. Albeit using it and gliscor make me more susceptible to ice than ever, I can still urge the team onto victory with this set. Draco Meteor is the perfect dragon move. Combining power, a Special attack Drop, and a really cool battle animation. Flamethrower deals with the likes of skarmory, scizor, forretress, and other assorted steels I may encounter. SuperPower keeps the likes of blissey from walking all over it. And finally tbolt is there for pokemon like suicune and gyarados who think they can come in on something and expect to tank the hit. Venusaur @ Leftovers {OverGrow} Calm nature 212 HP, 176 Def, 122 Sp Def Substitute Energy Ball Leech Seed Sleep Powder Substitute combined with leech seed gives me the old standby on the subseed combo. Energy ball is a decent STAB move that will dent those physical walls lacking high special defenses from walling it completely. Leech Seed provides good team support and works well with Stealth rock backing it up. Sleep Powder is good for generally being a nuisance.[center] | |

| Since I know you love using teams in OU, and you pretty much have to with this team, I'm going to give you advice based on the pokemon there. You already know this, but I think it is extremely important that you solve this problem IMMEDIATELY!!!
ICE WEAKNESSES IN OU ARE EXTREMELY HORRIBLY TERRIBLE!!!!
The fact that there are many pokemon that can learn Ice Beam makes having a weakness to Ice bad enough, but in OU you have to realize that most people have Ice attacks to deal with the Dragon-types there. Gliscor and Dragonite fall to a OHKO from Suicune, Vaporeon, Swampert, basically anything with average SpAttack and Ice Beam, but nobody uses Ice Punch as much as Ice Beam so I won't talk about it. Venasaur can take an Ice Beam from Swampert and Vaporeon and hit back to OHKO/2HKO respectively, but even then it is likely that another pokemon has another Ice attack to KO Venasaur. SOLVE THIS!!!! I won't mention any pokemon to replace the ones you have, but I would consider Dragonite switching to Gengar, Alakazam, or something else that can handle a Choice Specs and then Trick it away to cripple Blissey/Skarmory/Bronzong.
My Alakazam set it works pretty well for revenge killing on the pokemon that could very well sweep ur team if Absol goes (T-tar, Gross, Kingdra, etc.)

This moveset hits Gengar, Tyranitar, Azelf, Mamoswine, Heatran, Kingdra, Skarmory, and many, maaaany more for a OHKO. With a 553 SpA stat, you can do anything! This can work as a Special version of Absol with revenge killing. Blissey and Bronzong can't function with a Choice item, neither can Dusknoir or Metagross or other Bulky Physicals.
Another pokemon that could very well solve your Ice weakness is Gyarados. The Gyarados I use is basically the Bulky Gyarados that Smogon has only modified a little bit to be able to switch in to other Bulky Gyaradoses and outspeed them. It works so well in walling Bulky Waters that I almost peed my pants when I saw it (not really). This guy can take care of Swampert and Vaporeon easily.

Vaporeon is left helpless when Taunted, forcing a switch and a free DD. Swampert can't Roar you away and its Ice Beam is only a 3HKO/4HKO. After 2 DDs, Stone Edge 2HKOs Suicune while Suicune's Ice Beam is only a 3HKO. Watch out for HP-Electric, although very few of these guys run it.

6 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
-Agility
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Roar
-Grass Knot/HP-Electric
Empoleon takes 1/4 damage from Ice attacks, making it an easy switch in to them. Apparently Smogon has adopted this moveset as their own in the last few months >.> so don't get offended. Agility on the switch or, if the foe is too confident to switch, Grass Knot OHKOs Swampert, 2HKOs Vaporeon and sometimes Suicune, but mostly a 3HKO on Suicune. Gyrados gets OHKO from HP-Electric, Swampert gets a OHKO/2HKO from Hydro Pump, Surf is always a 2HKO on Swampert though. Ice Beam can OHKO Latias, so use it freely, however Roar may be much more useful. Go crazy with this penguin, but keep in mind how destructive it can be.
Oh and don't tell me that you can stop this weakness with your one Fire-type because most pokemon that have Ice attacks carry Water attacks as well.
Moving on, I love the Gliscor, Blaziken, and yes I see you using my Absol ;D. Just as a suggestion, Pursuit works lovely in OU (especially for Absol) because the defenseless Ghost and Psychic types who realize they will be OHKOd by Night Slash and aren't fast enough to beat it out will switch giving you a free kill.

| Any suggestions for a bulky pokemon for the team? that's what I REALLY need tori. Something that resists ice pretty well, and can threaten back with something decent please. Thanks for the suggestions so far. | |

| Thanks for the sets tori, that gyarados set has come in such handyness =D Also, a quick querie. Should I consider replacing taunt on gyarados since gliscor is already my taunter? Or just keep it. | |

| Uhh well the Taunt on Gyarados is wat allows it to setup so well. But if you really want to replace it go with EQ. | |
