RMT plz

Abomasnow @ leftovers 252 defense 252 sp defense 6 HP

Water Pulse
Energy Ball
Blizzard
Leech Seed

This guy sets up hail for the rest of the team. Leech Seed lets him gradually heal and damage in between turns, and leftovers just adds to the healing.

Glaceon @ leftovers 252 sp defense 130 defense 128 sp attck

Blizzard
HP ground
Shadow Ball
Wish

He is mainly here for his wish attack. Healing something with a switch is just too good to pass up. And it's an eeveelution so i gotta use it.

Weavile @ Focus Sash Jolly 252 Speed 252 attk 6 HP

Ice Shard
Ice Punch
Night Slash
Swords Dance

Weavile's my sweeper. He has Ice shard for priority, Night Slash for STAB and coverage, and swords dance for raising his attack. He's been pretty reliable so far but he can't break through sturdy physical walls very well.

Froslass @ Focus Sash 252 speed 252 sp attk 6 hp

Destiny Bond
Blizzard
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball

Froslass is a destiny bonder. She takes down EVERYTHING that attacks her. Being insanely fast makes it a good destiny bonder, and against those everpresent Scizors there's focus sash to take the bullet punch.

Mamoswine @ Choice Band 252 speed 252 attk 6 HP

Ice Shard
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Avalanche

My banded mammoth is pretty awesome. He can take down anything. He's even one shotted a scizor. Avalanche is just there if i know i can take a hit. Double damage plus STAB is amazing.

Walrein @ leftovers 252 defense 252 sp defense 6 HP

Toxic
Protect
Blizzard
Substitute

Here's mah stallrein. He's a great waller. and in the hail ice body heals him each turn. Toxic protect is one of my favorite combos, because if they think they can take you out the turn after you poison them they're wrong.

So plz rate my hail team and suggest some changes cheers

What about EV spreads, natures, etc?

About the moves and Pokemon-

No reason for Water Pulse on Abomasnow.

Glaceon would do better with HP Ground over Mirror Coat- not to mention Glaceon's a VERY valuable asset to your team- strongest Blizzard in the game.

Mantine would do well here as a Sp.Wall.

Consider Clefable because of Magic Guard, and what it could do for the team.

Stallrein is Toxic weak. Substitute or Rest...

... I could sweep the whole team with a Magneton. You are RIDICULOUSLY Steel weak. Weavile needs Brick Break. Consider something with Flamethrower.

ok I'll edit in the ev spreads and natures and everything...

Why not? I use this team in ou so water pulse is the only thing that can take out heatran.

Mantine isn't ice type... it's water and flying. It wouldnt really fit in because this is more of a monotype team.

I will switch out surf for substitute on walrein

You could not. One guy tried to do that and his magneton was killed by mamoswine

Espeon, listen to Shine. It is VERY possible for a Magneton/Magnezone to Flash Cannon for a OHKO on your Mamoswine which is the only viable counter. Aside from them, you have zero counters for Fighting attacks once Froslass is gone. Also, Fire attacks will destroy this team if Walrein gets taken down. I would say Infernape, Blaziken, Primeape, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Hitmontop, Toxicroak, Gallade, and other Fighting-types would OHKO every single pokemon on this team without much effort.

There really isn't anything you can do about this, but Wallrein should have Surf over Blizzard. Surf has less power but more coverage than Blizzard and should take care of Blaziken and Infernape and other Fire-types. Also, consider a Choice Scarf Jynx set over Glaceon. The Wish passing doesn't really help anybody on your team due to the lack of any real wallers besides Walrein who doesn't need it.

Jynx
Modest @ Choice Scarf
252 SpAttack 252 Speed
-Blizzard
-Shadow Ball
-Psychic
-Focus Blast

Jynx is faster and has more coverage than Glaceon, and is also capable of OHKOing every Fighting pokemon in the game with this set. Watch out for Sucker Punch and Shadow Sneak, though, because this pokemon isn't going to be able to handle a super effective attack. Snow Cloak was a nice part of Glaceon, but really, it's movepool and lack of Speed make it inferior to a CS Jynx.

Please listen to Shine and take out Water Pulse on Abomasnow. It is a low power, unnecessary move on Abomasnow because 1. It shouldn't be dealing with a Heatran >.> and 2. It won't OHKO a Heatran or any other Fire-type. Replace it with Substitute. Also, take out Energy Ball for Grass Knot on Abomasnow. The extra power ALWAYS comes in handy.

Your Weavile's moveset is weak. Very weak. Any Steel can come in and wall the hell out of it. Take out Ice Shard and replace it with Brick Break. I know I know the Priority move is hawt, but it isn't useful for the set due to its low power. Brick Break can OHKO Tyranitar, Heatran, Rhyperior, well, basically any pokemon that you are going to have difficulties with after a Swords Dance.

Good Luck =D

Okay, NEW changes to the team-

First off, this ISN'T monotype restricted considering that your Monotype Tourney choice is PSYCHIC, so there's no point in restricting yourself- otherwise, you're just asking for failure.

Abomasnow
-- Water Pulse REALLY does not belong here- besides the fact that Abomasnow is outrun by Heatran, you have NO investment in Abomasnow's Sp.Atk stat, Water Pulse only has 60 base power, there's no STAB, and Heatran's packing a PRETTY impressive 91 base HP paired with 106 base Sp.Def. Water Pulse doesn't even SCRATCH him, assuming you even get it off.
Blizzard and Leech Seed could stay, but I'd have to recommend that if you're going for a more bulky set, you'd probably want to replace Energy Ball with, say... Earthquake or Focus Punch/Brick Break for Steel types, and ditch Water Pulse for Substitute. If you Sub when they switch in Heatran, suddenly, Abomasnow doesn't HAVE to outrun him to OHKO with Focus Punch or EQ, because you've got that Sub, and you baited with your 4x Fire weakness. I'd prefer Focus Punch, personally, but EQ WOULD have better coverage. Do damage calcs to make sure you DO OHKO with whatever move you pick against Heatran, if you're worried about it so much. Make sure you calculate your lowest possible Atk (assuming a neutral Atk nature) against Heatran's lowest possible HP and Def (again, neutral Def nature), WITH IVs. I've never seen an instance where Heatran invested in HP or Def, but it's not exactly a stretch, I'm sure- look up some Smogon sets, see where his stats lie.
Abomasnow with a neutral nature for Atk needs at least 232 EVs invested to OHKO Heatran with EQ. I might post a tutorial on how to do calcs later, complete with screen shots!

Glaceon
--Glaceon is a WONDERFUL Pokemon in Hail. Besides being exceptionally bulky, it also packs, as I noted earlier, the strongest Blizzard in the GAME. As Tori noted, Jynx is MUCH faster, but Glaceon can put quite the dent in just about anything, if not OHKO just about every switch in that doesn't resist Blizzard. Most people choose to Scarf or Spec this thing to further augment it's already incredible sweeping ability in Hail, but I like bulky sets myself, anyway- a BULKY Glaceon could pseudoPass Wishes pretty easily (as mine does), and STILL deal good damage with Blizzard. On the EV spread- EVERY wall needs some level of HP investment for good measure, and Glaceon's no exception. There's not much use in running Leftovers unless you're gonna REALLY benefit from them- make sure your HP is divisible by SIXTEEN, considering that Leftovers restores 1/16 of your HP every turn.
Tori might be right on this one, though- while Jynx certainly isn't going to be switching in against Fighting types anytime soon, Jynx can sure as Hell switch in for a revenge kill- Gallade WILL kill it, though, and could probably comfortably sweep your entire team- "solution" to that coming later. As a side note, I'd give Jynx HP Fighting over Focus Blast- FB just ISN'T reliable enough, and considering that at this point it's really your ONLY option to deal with Steel types, well... You NEED something that'll at least hit and take off a big chunk of HP.

Weavile
-- I've NEVER liked this thing... Personal vendettas aside, Weavile's a great Pokemon. Like Tori and I noted earlier, though, it's walled too easily. Though, personally, I would swap out ICE PUNCH for Brick Break rather than Ice Shard- a strong priority attack with such great coverage as Ice Shard is almost as good as Ice Punch after a Swords Dance or two. But, Brick Break will fix your Magneton weakness (unless it's SCARFED). On a side note, you'd have NEAR perfect coverage if you went for a SubPunch combination- Substitute, Focus Punch, Night Slash, and either Ice Shard or Swords Dance, probably with a Leftovers or Muscle Band.
Ice Shard would be your Gallade "counter," considering it'd probably OHKO after a Close Combat or two. Keep in mind that with the SubPunch set you can just Sub down till their Def is considerably dropped and then come back with Ice Shard for the easy OHKO- that's where Leftovers shines.

Froslass
-- I can't honestly complain about this set considering it's simplicity, but you ARE making it sound exclusively like a suicide bomber, when in fact, as Tori said, it's one of your most important Pokemon! It's the only thing saving you from a ScarfLee sweep! Although, I WOULD replace either Shadow Ball or T-bolt with something more... Interesting. For instance, Snatch- considering that Froslass is well known to run Destiny Bond, people might be tempted to try and setup against it. As such, you can take the opportunity to Snatch things like Sub, Reflect/Light Screen, and Nasty Plot. Thunderwave could also be an option, being that it could make the opponent vulnerable to, say, your Mamoswine. Also keep in mind that a lot of OU teams run Stealth Rock and/or Spikes, and that Froslass doesn't have Levitate. That, paired with the commonplace of Scizor, makes Focus Sash almost worthless on Froslass if it's not a lead, so I think I'd sooner try to replace that with something more useful.

Mamoswine
--Mamo's another one of those that's too obvious for me to really be able to complain about. He doesn't exactly have many options, but he's still good at what he does... The only change I'd CONSIDER (not recommend, just consider), is swapping out Avalanche for ICE FANG or STEALTH ROCK. Stealth Rock is an incredible move, it really is, whether you like it or not- and since it's not banned, you may as well try to run it if you can. I myself run Rocks at my CONVENIENCE, but if you've got it on your team, you generally have a better chance at winning, especially if the opponent is switch-happy, like myself. Ice Fang over Avalanche is just for something a LITTLE more reliable without having to take a hit for decent damage.

Walrein
-- I know that I TOLD you to take off something for Substitute, but honestly, you'd rather take off Blizzard or Protect than Surf, since Surf keeps you from being walled by STEEL types (DING DING DING). Imagine if a Heatran switched in on your Walrein after figuring out that you couldn't do ANYTHING to damage it. Essentially, whatever you switch in is gonna die to a Flamethrower, and it's a straight sweep after that.
EV-wise, once again, walls NEED HP. That's just how it is. Leftovers and Ice Body BOTH restore more HP if there's more HP to restore, so take advantage of that- just find what increment of sixteen gets you the most HP back with Leftovers and Ice Body while mitigating the most damage- generally you'll find that more Def/Sp.Def will reduce damage more, but take into consideration how much HP you're getting back each turn, and see what spread leaves you with the most HP at the end of the turn.

OTHER STUFF.

You seem pretty insistent on making this a mono-Ice team, but there's no reason for it, really...

Mantine would be your perfect Heatran counter. It can easily take out Heatran with Surf or Hydro Pump, while still having amazing Sp.Def and tolerable HP to resist Flamethrower and be immune to Earth Power, while no-STAB Dragon Pulse doesn't even scratch you. Essentially, Mantine counters the Fire types against you. Water ALSO resists Steel and Flying resists Bug, making this a decent Scizor counter as well.

Moltres is another WONDERFUL option that most people don't consider on Hail teams, mainly because of its SR weakness- but Moltres happily walls Scizor, takes Fire attacks like a champ, resists Fighting attacks, is immune to Ground attacks, and after all that even, can happily Roost off damage and still hit hard in return with moves like Overheat (Steel counter?), and outstall with Toxic.

Clefable's one of those Pokemon that people see and just go, "... Muthafucka..." Besides the fact that it's immune to Toxic, Burn damage, Spikes, Stealth Rock, recoil, Hail, Sandstorm, and any other passive damage under the sun, it has pretty bulky stats with big HP, and the BIGGEST movepool you could possibly imagine, barring Smeargle and Mew. Clefable, sadly, adds to your plethora of Fighting weaknesses, but it CAN Flamethrower Steel types and grant you a status immunity, among other things. It's worth looking into.

Tentacruel can take Fighting, Fire, and Steel attacks like nothing, and can even set up Toxic Spikes for you.

Lanturn laughs at Bullet Punch and could probably run HP Fire to OHKO Scizor, as well as completely walling those Scarfed Magneton.

Point is, there are a lot of options, just look into 'em all.
