OK, so I know this section isn't as active as it used to be, what with people being busy, but I thought of this set the other day and I reckon it could work pretty well.

Eevee @ Liechi Berry
Nature: Brave
Ability: Adaptability
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Sp Atk/6 Def

~ Endure
~ Flail
~ Shadow Ball
~ Dig/Sleep Talk

So yeah, this Eevee pretty much needs to be on a Trick Room team for it to be fully effective. It's mixed, since its movepool is very shallow, but this means it can hit Ghosts with Shadow Ball.

The strategy here is to Endure, getting down to 1HP, activating your Liechi Berry and getting Flail to full power (200 BP WITHOUT the Liechi boost or ability). This is increased further thanks to Adaptability, meaning this Flail is gonna hurt, even though it's coming from an Eevee. As for the rest of the set, Shadow Ball hits Ghosties and Ghouls, whilst the last slot's a toss up between Dig and Sleep Talk, mainly 'cos of having so few options to begin with. Dig hits Steels who you couldn't really harm otherwise, whilst Sleep Talk lets you work the magic of Flail as you snooze.

As this set is based around Flail and designed for Trick Room, I went Brave (+ Attack - Speed). The EV's are pretty straight-forward. Max Attack and Special Attack let you hit as hard as possible from both spectrums, and the last EV's went into Defence 'cos it might help against Earthquakes and stuff =D

I like the idea. Shadowball being special isn't that great, especially on a physical set. Bite doesn't have as high of base power but it will be more effective in the long run when dealing with Ghosts.

As for the last slot. Even if you do hit a Steel with Dig its not going to do anything anyways. Quick Attack will give you something to do if Trick Room runs out on you or you need to finish up a Flail. Adaptability boosts it as well and priority with Leichi boost.

Change the EV spread to 252-HP 252-Atk 6-Def. The SpA is pretty worthless since it won't be boosted by the nature or item and Shadowball doesn't really help the set. I really like the idea. Needs some tweaking but neat. Hopefully it works out for you.

Thanks for the ideas, Nick. Yeah, Bite would be a better choice actually- an all physical set gives me more EV's to play around with and the damage will be more with the Liechi boost. I'll change the spread too. The extra bulk will be helpful! And Quick Attack sounds good- priority can't be bad!

Eevee @Focus Sash
-Flail/Return
-Quick Attack
-Protect
-Yawn
Adamant, Adaptability
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 Def

Yep. I'm bored.

I've put this on teams before, though, and it works just fine.
