Claydol @Chesto Berry @Sassy 252HP/ 156def/ 156spDef
Reflect/Light Screen Stealth Rock/Rapid Spin Rest Explosion/Reflect/Light Screen/EQ
You've got the EV's a bit messed up here. This reaches 564, whereas the max is 510. You might wanna fix that. If you want a decent claydol spinner, I recommend this:
Claydol @ Light Clay Ability: Levitate Relaxed nature 252 HP, 140 Def, 118 Atk - Light Screen - Reflect - Stealth Rock/Psychic - Explosion
Light Clay boosts your screens from 5 turns to a whopping 8 turns. If you've got another member on the team setting up stealth rock, then you can use claydol for it, otherwise use psychic. Explosion wraps it up taking somebody out with you.
Meganium @Leftovers @Calm 252spDef/ 252Def
Reflect Synthesis? Energy Ball Light Screen
Once again go with light clay, and get rid of synthesis for Leech Seed. Also use a different EV spread...
252 HP, 252 Def, 40 Sp Atk @ Bold nature
Mr.Mime @Leftovers? @Calm 252spDef/ 156spAtk/ 156Def
Light Screen Reflect Encore Psychic
Dare I say it yet again? lol. Light Clay, Calm nature, Max HP, Max Sp Def, 6 Sp Atk.
btw; Gardevoir was on the BL list, so I can't use that Personally, I find Dual screen Rotom to be one of the best screeners around... Rotom @ Light Clay Ability: Levitate Timid nature 252 Spe, 252 Sp Atk, 6 HP - Light Screen - Reflect - Discharge - Shadow Ball Speedy Dual Screening with Dual STAB moves. Glad to be of service. | |

| Sorry for the double post, but what would you recommend I use if I wanted the screener to know 'Wish'? It doesn't have to be a DUEL screener | |

| If I remember correctly, chimecho can be a dual screener, knock off supporter, wish supporter, para supporter, and clerical supporter. Basically, it can be whatever kind of supporter you want it to be. | |

| Espeon is an awesome wish/screen passer. Especially since it can take a hit, and it's bulkier than chimecho. It looses support options but it's much bulkier. Besides, you can't use all of Chimecho's support options on one set as it is, so if you want a set which both Espeon and Chimecho can use, Espeon is the better choice. | |

| Finally, someone making a real UU team instead of some lame BL/UU team (which, by the way, plays out just like Smogon's current UU with just a few exceptions. :\).
Personally, I'd use the Rotom set that Bri described. I've been using that set for a LONG time now, and it's my favorite. You play it a little differently, though- Rotom's really kinda fragile, so it can't take just ANY attack. Instead, switch into things you know you can probably wall pretty well, or something that will probably switch out, expecting T-Bolt and such. Take that switch opportunity to setup a screen, and keep Rotom for as long as possible, cause he's got epic-good immunities and resistances.
Ampharos, Grumpig, Magneton, Hypno, Jynx, Ledian, Xatu, Girafarig, Magcargo, Corsola, Stantler, Lunatone, and Solrock can all Dualscreen, so pretty much, pick whatever suits your team best.
To make a few notes-
Grumpig gets Thick Fat (instant Fire/Ice resistance), and has naturally high Sp.Def, which could allow you to much more heavily invest in Def to balance out its bulk and setup screens easier- besides that, it can TrickScarf, and has pretty good Spd to do it with.
Hypno's pretty highly-regarded for its ability to tank like a maniac in UU, easily soaking up most assaults, coming back with Hypnosis, or BPing stats off to something else, etc... It's worth considering.
Corsola's Natural Cure allows it to Rest off damage easily and come back in later to reset Screens if it needs to, but it won't have much offensive power of its own, and packs a wide-variety of exploitable weaknesses. Better left on a Sandstorm team (on which, it actually does VERY well).
Stantler isn't super bulky or anything, but it DOES get the additional benefit of Intimidate, and respectable Spd. Aside from that, it's a wildcard. HUGE movepool, with the stats to use it, including Trick, access to Sunny Day/Solarbeam and Rain Dance/Thunder, as well as Calm Mind, Earthquake, Energy Ball, Trick Room, and Sucker Punch, just to name a few more useful moves.
Lunatone and Solrock both get IntimidateLevitate, and respectable defensive stats- they benefit well in Sandstorm, particularly Lunatone, who can invest a lot in Def and the boost Sp.Def with Calm Mind, as well as offensive power.
