| This set might work. Item: Leftovers Nature: Hasty EVs : 178 HP/ 252 Attack/ 80 SpAtk -Dragon Dance -Substitute -Bounce/Waterfall -Fire Blast Sub up then use Dragon Dance. Then you have the choice over Waterfall or Bounce. Also Fire Blast is mostly for Scizor since it OHKO's it most of the time except if it has an Occa Berry

| You might like to know this stuart, but if you want to OHKO the standard CB scizor (The most popular set) then you'll have to invest about 24 more EV's into special attack. Your gyarados's fire blast vs 248/0 HP/Sp Def Scizor does And i'm sure he meant dragon dance rather than swords dance amirite? You should have waterfall on indefinitely, but have other options over substitute. Earthquake has good coverage for one thing. Stone Edge is pretty decent. Otherwise nice set. Could I get a more in-depth view on what the EV's do? Surely you need more speed non? | |
