| I'm getting a Ludicolo, but I'm having trouble with it's set...this is what I have so far:
Ludicolo @Calm
250spDef 126spA 126HP
Solar Beam
Synthesis (egg move with Turtwig at lvl 33)
Ice Beam (TM at game corner)
Leech Seed (egg move with turtwig at lvl 29)
BTW: Sunny Day will be in play when he comes out, so Solar Beam will work =p | |

| I like the originality of the set but with both his abilities he is more suited for the rain | |

| Personally, I think you could make use of a cool ResTalking set. Great surprise for unsuspecting foes i'd imagine. Ludicolo @ Leftovers Ability: Swift Swim/Rain Dish Calm nature 204 HP, 216 Sp Def, 76 Sp Atk, 14 Def - Rest - Sleep Talk - Toxic/Grass Knot/Energy Ball - Ice Beam Interesting tankish form of ludicolo. Either ability works decently here. Rain Dish is useful to increase tanking efficiency, but you can never go wrong with a speedy ResTalk. The EV's give you a lefties recovery point. The special attack is enough to OHKO the standard Dragon Dancing Salamence. The special defense EV's drop you off at a jump point, and the remainder are in defense just because. The first slot is useful for hitting things like gyarados, vaporeon, milotic, etc. Toxic however, makes him a superior staller. Ice Beam is there to smack into salamence for the OHKO, as well as your best move for things like flygon, donphan, gliscor, etc. I like your set, but the EV's need some work. They don't do...anything. Instead, I recommend 204 HP, 216 Sp Def, 90 Def with Toxic in > Solar Beam. The true problem with solar beam is its inability to get better coverage than STAB water moves and ice beam. If you really want to keep solar beam on there, then try to slip toxic in their somewhere so you can deal with bulky pokemon that are hardly dented by ice and grass. | |

| Question: I've used a ResTalker before, and sometimes when it's asleep, the attack that Sleep Talk chooses is...Rest...and that does literally nothing. Is there anyway to stop this from happening? | |

| When using ResTalk that's a risk you're forced to take. | |
