| When you've seen every single sinnoh pokemon (excluding Manaphy) go to the lab in sandgem town and talk to the professor. Oak should appear and give you the pokeradar. I believe its oak. If you need help finding dialga or palkia, depending on which one you have, go to celestic town and in one of the houses a woman will show you a picture of dialga or palkia. | |
