chao i like the team but there are a few problems with it...

1) Half of your team has a HUGE weakness to ice...being that torterra and garchomp are x4 and togekiss has x2
2) Why do you have thunderbolt on Froslass? Give it an STAB move like shadow ball.
3) Same here why is there dark pulse on Lucario? I know that it has very little attack after the timid nature but give it extremespeed just in case (u never know when it may come in handy).

I'll agree with roc on the lucario thing, and the ice wkns, priority moves have saved my butt in more than one occasion...

instead of toterra, if you want to do sinnoh starter, do like infernape or empoleon or your favorite starter

also you might want to replace garchomp and togekiss

What if torterra IS rocco's favorite starter, but yes I hate to admit it but it's true, Infernape is the superior of the starters with his superior speed and strength, he is a force to be reckoned with. Although Torterra still makes an incredible Tank.

Brikien can you read the title topic again please. and to MS i don't want those two on my team infernape has a bit to low defence. and empoleon i never could find a use for it, other than it defence. Also Torterra is my favourite starter out of DPPt.

Hmm, you might want to give Garchomp a Muscle Band or Expert Belt. That way, all of his moves get a boost.

But I would go with Muscle Band since expert belt is only good for super effective moves.

Oh a Muscle Band is an item that boosts all Physical moves.

You can get one at the Battle Tower. I think it is 48 Battle Points?

But its just like the Wise Glasses, which boosts Sp. Atk.

I might get a Muscle Band too, once I get like 200 Battle Points (currently at 130 something)

Also remove Discharge from Porygon Z. T-Bolt is better on it, since it has same acc and does more damage.

But if you want the effects then you should stick with Discharge, since it has a 30% change of paralysis while T-Bolt has only 10%.

Oh and also maybe replace Recover with Nasty Plot.

i think i will put a MB on him them thanks DR, but i like the effect of disgare and it's range, tram up with garchomp for double battles. might consder nasty plot

screw this i found out that it would be two hard to get these in the wild in platinum like me friends said we would so i will sick with my diamond team pokes.

It's not gonna be too hard, but its just gonna take a long time. That is why I kept my team at a minimum.

I chose Pokes you can easily find during the beginning of the game.

well the other reason is i want all three starters and a flying type as as well garchomp and lucario on it and my diamond team meets those dreams.

Well you won't find a Gible until maybe halfway to the game.

I would suggest that once you get your entire team, you should get a Ditto from another game and then just breed for a good ivd one.

I'm not gonna make a mistake this time by capturing every single Pokemon at once. It just clutters up my boxes and its pretty much pointless unless I plan on using them.

Oh, I'm gonna get them directly from Platinum, since I want a team that actually "belongs" to me in that game.

And most of these guys have to be well around level 40-50 at their final evolution so they might not listen to me.

Because IV's don't really matter during the beginning of the game, since everything is gonna be very low levels. Once you get further on, you will need some better IV's to help out.

i dont be the time i got to battle island my team was in the 80's. and for the battle frontier i dont really care about that place much. i only do it for fun.
