Moveslot choices are up to you in the end. Makes a decent check for many OU threats. CC + Night Slash provides near perfect coverage. Ice Punch does massive damage to dragons not named Kingdra and gliscor. Leaf Blade is good for when you're dealing with swampert problems. Thunderpunch is for Gyarados problems.

- Shadow Sneak
- Taunt
- Destiny Bond

The combination of CC and SS provides perfect coverage, and destroys most leads. A CC followed by a SS takes out most sash leads. Taunt stops slower leads like swampert from setting up Stealth Rock. Destiny Bond is used as a last ditch effort to KO something slow that comes in. If you want to observe the effectiveness, I have a battle log on anytrades with my monotype tourney battle against shine. Note that this set is on smogon =( But who cares. Good set is good.

Drain punch
Shadow Sneak
Thunderwave
Bulk up

Bulk up to extreme levels then kill everything. Bulk up makes up for gallade's pitiful defense, and thunderwave makes up for lack of speed investment. Finally, drain punch and shadow sneak offer perfect coverage. I would run CC, but it takes away from bulk up.
