Pretty Straightforward. Jolly gives you 306 Spe which ties with other + base 90's and + baes 85's and under. Quick Attack can be used instead of fire punch if you want to hit a weakened foe late game. Fire Punch hits scizor and bronzong as well as abomasnow, glaceon, and leafeon pretty hard. Close Combat hits steels and rocks that would otherwise laugh at this set and all it's about. Ice Punch hits altaria, flygon, and assorted flying types for some nice damage. Finally, return is incredibly powerful STAB move that wrecks anything not resistant to it.
